  1. Really appreciated your honest critique and insights! I think about my role as an online learning director and how much I find myself in a marketing/sales role (whether its intentional or not). Our school is rolling out 2,400 iPads to students who may or may not support the initiative. Leaders particularly, including technology directors, often are on the cutting-edge, but find themselves in tough positions to "sell" their ideas when many are beyond where the masses are. Would you say this book provides any helpful or tangible strategies?
